So my welcome back present from Finn when we came home from Vegas was two weeks of viral diarrhea. Yes, TWO WEEKS...hence the lack of blog updates. All I have been doing is laundry, laundry, laundry and all I have been feeding him is bread, bananas, and bread.
The DAY that he got over the aforementioned nastiness, he got a runny nose, cough and fever.
He has the worst diaper rash EVER and says 'ow' every time I get out the diaper creme. He also makes the sign for 'hurt' and points to his bum...it breaks my heart.
I think he may have an ear infection.
And his last two teeth are coming in.
Oh please say that the magical season of Spring will finally come for good and make all this gross Winter sickness go away...I'm ready.

Oh, poor little guy, that's too bad! Cure for the diaper rash- let him run around naked! Haha! This might make for more messes, BUT that little sore tooshie needs some air! I hope he gets well soon. It was so fun seeing you guys, we miss you already!

I'm so sorry Ash! All hail the mighty diaper cream, is what I say. Brody requests it now. :) I use about half a container per diaper. :)
So sorry to hear about the sick little boy...and his long suffering mama! Good luck and I hope that you are all healthier and happier soon soon soon.
i hope the little buddy gets better, ASAP.
Oh I am so sorry to hear that little Finn is sick. Putting the diaper rash cream on is the worst. They hate it so much. I am so sorry. I hope he gets feeling better fast.
hey, i know this is gonna sound weird, but it was a miracle for my sister's kids and it worked for mine. brown some flour in a dry frying pan on the stove but don't let it burn. let it cool completely. keep it in a zip lock bag and then sprinkle it as needed on his bum like you would baby powder. it is amazing. it would clear up the redness almost overnight. try it! i really hope it works for you!
